Welcome to CRZYCASE. We specialize in customized mobile covers printed with your personal photos, text, logos, or artwork. These Terms of Use for Custom Designs explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you upload or submit custom content to our website.

1. Customer Responsibility

  • By uploading or submitting any design, image, logo, or text to CRZYCASE, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have obtained proper authorization from the rightful owner.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
  • CRZYCASE will not be held liable for any legal issues or claims arising from copyrighted or unauthorized materials provided by the customer.

2. Content Restrictions

Customers are strictly prohibited from uploading any content that:

  • Contains offensive, obscene, or abusive language or imagery.
  • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
  • Violates any law or regulation, including copyrighted or trademarked materials.
  • Contains political, religious, or controversial content that may cause harm or conflict.

3. Design Quality and Adjustments

  • All uploaded designs are printed as provided by the customer. Please check your design carefully before placing the order.
  • CRZYCASE may adjust the design (such as resizing, centering, or color correction) to ensure proper printing alignment without altering the overall concept.
  • The final printed product may slightly vary in color or positioning due to printing technology β€” this is normal and not considered a defect.

4. Ownership of Final Product

  • Once your design is printed on a mobile cover, the physical product becomes your property.
  • CRZYCASE retains the right to use the design only for internal display, marketing, or promotional purposes (such as website gallery or social media) unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our customers to do the same. If you believe that a design has been used without permission, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

6. Order Refusal Rights

CRZYCASE reserves the right to reject or cancel any custom design order that violates our terms, is offensive, or breaches copyright or trademark laws. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the order may be refunded or cancelled accordingly.
