- All our mobile covers are custom-made and printed on demand as per the customer’s uploaded design, photo, or text.
- While we make every effort to ensure that product images and designs displayed on our website are accurate, minor color or brightness variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or printing limitations.
- Such minor differences do not qualify as a defect and are considered normal in the printing industry.
2. Design & Placement Accuracy
- All designs are printed as received from the customer. Please review your design carefully before confirming the order.
- There may be slight differences (1–3 mm) in design alignment or placement due to printing area limitations for different phone models.
- CRZYCASE is not responsible for design errors such as incorrect spelling, low-quality images, or wrong uploads provided by the customer.
3. Material & Print Durability
- Our cases are made with high-quality materials and UV printing technology for long-lasting color and durability.
- However, continuous exposure to sunlight, moisture, or physical scratches may cause gradual wear over time — this is a natural occurrence and not covered under defect claims.
4. Third-Party Links & Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. CRZYCASE is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external websites. Customers are encouraged to review their policies before engaging with third-party services.
5. Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Designs
- By uploading any photo, text, or design, the customer confirms they hold the necessary rights or permission for that content.
- CRZYCASE will not be responsible for any legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials provided by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, CRZYCASE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, printing variations, or delays in shipping. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
