How long does it take to ship?
  • Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered within 5–7 business days for metro cities.
  • For the rest of India, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary due to shipping address, public holidays, or unforeseen conditions.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹300.
  • For orders below ₹300, a shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable.
What if my order is undelivered?
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
  • Once received, re-shipping will be initiated within 24–48 hours (reshipping charges may apply).
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery status.
  • Complaints raised after 2 days from the delivery date cannot be escalated.
How do I return or exchange my product?
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for any return or exchange.
  • Exchange is possible only for fitting issues or if a wrong product was delivered by us.
  • Refunds are not available.
  • Orders that have moved into production cannot be cancelled.
  • Contact us with your Order ID; we aim to respond within 24 hours.
How do I cancel my order?
  • As all cases are customized and made on customer-specific requirements, order cancellation is not possible.
What are the terms & conditions for refund?
  • Refunds are not provided for customized products.
  • Processing fees such as shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and order processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Some products may be shipped based on color availability without prior notice (e.g., smoke cases, soft silicone cases, hair accessories).
Exchange policy
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Exchange is applicable only for the same product.
  • Please contact us and get confirmation before sending the product.
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for exchange approval.
Is it safe to shop on crzycase.com?
  • All payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking are processed through secure encrypted connections.
  • Your payment information is fully protected and secure.
What should I do if my payment fails?
  • Please retry the payment after verifying your account details, billing address, and internet connection.
  • If the amount is debited despite payment failure, it is usually reversed within 10 business days.
