1. What is CRZYCASE?
CRZYCASE is an online store where you can create and order customized mobile covers for almost any smartphone model. We let you design your own cover with your photos, text, or artwork.
2. How can I customize my mobile cover?
You can upload your photo, logo, or text while ordering on our website. Our design team ensures that your cover is printed exactly as per your selection. Every cover is printed using high-quality UV printing for a bright and durable finish.
3. Do you provide covers for all phone models?
Yes! We offer mobile covers for a wide range of brands and models, including Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi, and more. If your phone model isn’t listed, you can contact us and we’ll help you with availability.
4. How long will it take to deliver my order?
- Order Processing: 2–4 business days.
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
All orders are shipped via Shiprocket and reliable local courier partners across India.
5. What are the available payment methods?
We accept all major Indian payment options including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, Diners Club)
- UPI & NetBanking
- Wallets (Paytm, Airtel Money, Freecharge, MobiKwik, PayZapp, Ola Money)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Since each product is custom-made, cancellations or changes are not allowed once the order has been placed and printing has started. Please review your design and address carefully before confirming your order.
7. What is your return or refund policy?
Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Check our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel’s status.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please take clear photos or videos of the damaged product and email them to darshanbgondaliya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per policy.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We accept bulk and corporate orders for customized phone covers and promotional gifts. Please reach out to us via email or phone for special pricing and design assistance.
11. What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays and national holidays like 15th August and 26th January.
