- Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered within 5–7 business days for metro cities.
- For the rest of India, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹300.
- For orders below ₹300, a shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable.

| What if my order is undelivered? |
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
- Once received, re-shipping will be initiated within 24–48 hours (reshipping charges may apply).
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery status.
- Complaints raised after 2 days from the delivery date cannot be escalated.
